2023 was a big year for the Winterburn family with the rebranding, lots of exposure and the busiest year to date. To top all of this off the year was concluded nicely with Steve Winterburn’s record sale for a table top sized piece, his best selling falcon sculpture “The Hunt Begins” sold in Harrods for £155,000!
As this piece was a best seller it made sense to create another of the famous Winterburn Fine Art X Carrs Silver 1 of 1 collaborative creations. Combining the expertise of both family run brands, the sculpture prowess of the Winterburn’s and the Carrs’ mastery of precious metals, together they created a one of a kind version of the sculpture cast in solid silver and with the marble base capped with a solid gold engraved plate.
The working relationship with Carrs Silver of Sheffield/Carrs family is treasured by us, and it opens our creative horizons and enables us to collectively be able to create quite literally anything. The pride in this collaborative venture is elevated even further when these bespoke high ticket pieces find a home.
