As most of you know Steve’s career was founded around wildlife conservation and it is still a massive part of what we do at Winterburn. We still actively look to work with at least one charity a year to raise funds for some form of animal cause. We were over the moon to come across the opportunity to collaborate with Boodles, Scott Dunn Private and Singita for an amazing evening at the spectacular Boodles Atelier on New Bond Street in London.
The evening was in aid of Rhino Dehorning programs in Africa for the incredible Care For The Wild foundation, this was a truly full circle moment for Steve with him having been a Trustee for CFW for over 10 years and specifically working with rhinos. We donated a small baby rhino sculpture in solid silver which complimented the Boodles jewellery amazingly. We were overwhelmed that the sculpture was well received and was bought at auction for a very generous bid, raising some great funds for an even greater cause.
