For a Man or Woman to earn the right to be immortalised in bronze is a remarkable feat, Billy Boston earned that 3 times over! He epitomised what it means to be a legend not only through his achievements as an athlete but also by being one of the nicest people you could meet, a true gentleman and 1 in a million human.

It is with a heavy heart that we learned the news of Billy’s passing, I was fortunate enough to create the 3 larger than life sculptures of Billy and to be blessed with getting to know him and his lovely family over many years.

We are sending our thoughts and love from the Winterburn’s to Billy’s entire family and all that were lucky enough to call Billy a friend. Rest in Peace Billy, there will never be another like you.
