After a year of touring Free Spirit around the country with highlights at the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot and the members lawn at Burghley Horse trials, we are now delighted to announce that this larger than life horse sculpture, signature Steve Winterburn sculpture has found its final resting place.
We could not have imagined a better placement for this sculpture which has become some what of an identity for the Winterburn Legacy, this past Friday we drove up to Ripon to install the piece at the world renowned Grantley Hall, which is one of the Leading Hotels of the World, a 5 Star establishment where the difference is in the detail. Grantley Hall is a family run company and Legacy which has created a flawless hotel and brand, for us to be able to have our sculpture here which will hopefully become a distinguishing part of the visuals of this amazing hall, is truly an honour. Both Winterburn and Grantley being family built and based in Yorkshire makes this placement all the more special.
We hope that Free Spirit is well received by all that visit Grantley Hall, we can’t wait to see the sculpture when the garden and grounds team have had time to plant and re-dress the area.
