This past week it was an incredible honour for us to be involved with the London International Horse show at the London Excel Arena. The event was an incredible spectacle as always and with some of the worlds best horses and riders all in one place, what an amazing place it was for us to showcase some of Steve Winterburn’s latest equestrian sculptures.
Throughout the week we had our work on display in two of the beautifully curated VIP lounges in the arena; the Phoenix Lounge and the Equiyd Lounge. Both of these spaces were amazing for the sculptures to be immersed in, creating a real ambience around the works.
The weekend’s main event was the Saturday night auction where some of the world’s best up and coming horses go under the hammer. Lot number 1 was reserved for a charity spot, to raise funds for the incredible Sport in Mind foundation and we were able to work with the amazing team at Brilliance Horse Auctions to gift a sculpture to be auctioned. We auctioned edition number 2 of 8 of the latest Prometheus horse head sculpture by Steve Winterburn and it was bid up to almost double its retail price, this was an overwhelming result for the charity and we would like to thank all of those involved for making it happen and of course to the audience and bidders on the evening!
